Shipping policy

At Water Warrior Services, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality inflatable water parks, Aquaglide equipment, and waterfront recreation solutions across the U.S. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.


Order Processing

  • Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted for custom or pre-order items.

  • Large-scale equipment or custom packages may require additional lead time. Estimated shipping windows will be provided during the order process or via your project manager.


Freight & Shipping Methods

  • Due to the size and nature of our products, most items are shipped via freight carriers and may arrive on a pallet or in oversized packaging.

  • Standard shipping does not include installation or placement; if installation services are required, they must be quoted separately.


Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on size, weight, destination, and method of delivery.

  • You will receive a shipping quote and estimated delivery window prior to finalizing your order.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once your order has shipped.


Delivery & Acceptance

  • You (or an authorized representative) must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the shipment.

  • If you notice any visible damage to packaging upon arrival, please note it on the bill of lading and contact us within 3 business days with photos and a detailed description.


Damaged or Missing Items

  • All damage or missing item claims must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Retain all original packaging and document the issue with clear photos.


Important Notes

  • Water Warrior Services is not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

  • Once items leave our facility, risk of loss transfers to the buyer.
