All sales are final. Due to the custom, large-scale, and seasonal nature of our products, Water Warrior Services does not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on any items once an order has been placed.

We encourage all customers to review product details carefully and contact us with any questions prior to placing an order. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with detailed photos and documentation so we can assess the issue and determine next steps.
